Disclaimer:
I am not a health or medical professional and I urge you to speak to a qualified professional if you are suffering from anxiety and can’t seem to find ways to help you cope with it. In this video, I share what works for me and while some of those practices might help you too, I can’t guarantee that they do.
Anxiety is something that many, many humans will experience at some point in their lives. Some people might only experience it once in a while and mildly, others will experience it daily and more severely. I have been experiencing anxiety throughout most of my life and it is mostly related to interacting with other humans (some might call this social anxiety) or doing things that are way out of my comfort zone and that I do not enjoy or want to do. However, I have put together a toolbox over the years to help me manage my anxiety and I am glad to say that I can manage it very well with the practices, routines, tips and tricks that I am sharing in today’s video.
