Henna is now past the 12 months mark following her ACL reconstruction surgery. She has past all the return to sport (RTS) testing and so we have got her working on her single leg strength and conditioning. This is to help further improve her gains over the next 6-12 months and close the gap on the 10% difference in strength between left and right. We use a variety of single leg loading exercises that work on ROM, strength, function and power.

️⃣ Pistol Squat and Full ROM TRX Assisted Pistol Squat
️⃣ Bench Step Up and Loaded Step Up
️⃣ Triple Extension from Lunge and Band Loaded
️⃣ Sled Push and Pulls
